A low minimum balance requirement of $100 makes saving easy for anyone. Statement savings accounts can be conveniently accessed through any bank teller, by ATM cards, or through direct deposit/debit services.

A Statement Savings Account allows up to six withdrawals or transfers per calendar quarter with no maintenance fees as long as a $100 minimum balance is maintained. If the account balance falls below $100 at any time during the calendar quarter, a $5 maintenance fee will be assessed. A dormant fee of $2.50 will be accessed every quarter if the account has no customer-initiated activity for two years or more.

Transactions will appear on an itemized statement which is mailed quarterly. Monthly statements are provided when a statement savings account is combined with a Home State Bank checking account.
