- Maintain $1,500 or more in any Savings, Personal Money Market or Interest Bearing Checking Account
- Maintain $5,000 in Certificates of Deposit

- Maintain $10,000 in Mutual Funds (not FDIC Insured)
- Pay a Fee of $15 per month only if you have no quailifying accounts
