- Long Term and Short Term disability pay for all regular full time employees after one year of employment
- Compensated at one week per year of service up to twelve weeks maximum for short term disability
- 60% of base salary coverage for long term beginning after the 26th week of disability

- Bank paid holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) after 90 days employment for FT associates
- Additional 2 floating holidays or personal days to be chosen individually by FT associates
- Paid 2 weeks vacation, increasing to 3 after 7 years of service and 4 after 15 years (pro-rated 1st year) for FT associates. PT associates may be eligible for 1 week of vacation
- One week sick compensation annually for FT associates
